Bookings and Cancellations

All sessions must be booked in advance via directly through a trainer.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for session cancellations. Late cancellations may be charged in full.
Payments and Refunds

All payments must be made upfront via secure payment gateways or bank transfer.

Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or packages unless required by law.

In the event of trainer unavailability, we will offer rescheduling or refund as appropriate.
